- Regional Objectives
Achievement of the objectives of the distributor volume and distribution, ensuring the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business
Plan and guarantee the implementation of the sales market programs and maintain the correct stock levels in each distribution area through the national controls
Weekly trade visits within the Distributor team to guarantee long-term sales drivers, and right/on-time feedbacks.
- Strategy and Planning
Definition of a long-term distribution model for the region, aligned to the country strategy.
Perform the annual investing and sales estimate for each distribution area.
Design and implement actions within the Business Plan focused on the development of the distribution model.
- Sales Management and Leadership
Create and develop a strong commercial relationship with the distributor, based on a win-win focus.
Encourage the Regional Distributors Managers from the DP to define together action plans in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand in each area.
Analyze all variables that can affect the development of the brand in his/her area of responsibility and define action plans to manage deviations.
Correct management of the regional budget and control and replacement of the free goods.
360 alignments among all Red Bull departments, regarding brand, trade and commercial strategies.
Report periodically about evolution of the Distribution's objectives.
- Distributor Management
Responsible for the distributor development thought the creation and maintenance of a "performance and recognition" program and a yearly training calendar.
- Price and profitability:
Responsible for the regional price control in every channel, aligned to the national value chain negotiated throughout the DP.

University - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
