Descripción
- Take responsibility for the Project approach, team, deliverables and schedule.
- Perform and/or revise effort estimates and assumptions using established estimation models, best practices, and past experience.
- Define roles and expectations of team members, giving feedback in a timely manner.
- Measure and monitor progress to ensure compliance with defined milestones.
- Define the strategy of the Project iterations.
- Together with the PMO or other leaders, develop, implement and maintain the quality plan, risk management and obtaining metrics.
- Ensure that the project plan, requirements and changes are communicated to all stakeholders, in a timely manner. With the ability to predict deviations and mitigate them.
