  • Manage lifecycle of all IT requirements and ensure they are properly managed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Manage lifecycle of all IT incidents and ensure they are properly resolved minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Identify, log, categorize, prioritize, resolve incidents and raise a problem if required.
  • Effectively interact with technical staff, IT experts and business users for resolving incidents.
  • Develop, maintain and improve the incident management process and procedures.
  • Generate precise information to report incident management performance.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Good knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery processes (preferably with formal certification).
  • Good Understanding of Incident Management tools (preferably Service Now).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • 4+ years of Incident Management experience in international / global Companies.
