● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (Prospecting)
● Understand customer needs and requirements of the Sales Team and the others stakeholders.
● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure with the team.
● Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
● Develop the skills of the entire team
● Develop and improve the strategy together with the business
● Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
● Researching and qualifying new leads.
● Lead all sales strategies that may arise

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

● Proven the role Sales Manager experience (minimum 5 years).
● Proficient in English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
● Used this additional language day-to-day in a professional work environment.
● Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
● Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
● Experience working with CRM - HubSpot and Salesforce.
● Experience in team building and development.
● Strong listening and presentation skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
