Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and
technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions.
Initially the BSC will support the North America ('NAM') cluster and will take on support of the Latin
America ('LATAM') cluster in a later phase.
Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have
previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing
of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

Receive, review and post journal entries received from Operations Control
Prepare monthly journal entries for US (and Canadian) business units
Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad-hoc journal entries monthly
Prepare and post recurring entries annually and update throughout the year as necessary
Execute monthly program to reverse book-and-reverse journal entries from the prior month
Clear intercompany debt from Operating Companies to the Holding Companies.
Perform other financial accounting monthly close duties as assigned, including sending month-end reports to management
Assist management and various businesses on matters
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare audit and tax request work papers and respond to internal and external audit requests
Enforce the company's financial control policies
Complete projects as assigned

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
● 4+ years of experience
● English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
● French: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
