Descripción

  • Coordinate with human resources business partners, and functional managers to identify learning and development needs, define action plans and ensure execution
  • Act as LATAM representative for support functions learning and development globally, ensuring that the region adopts and implements adequately global initiatives
  • Conduct learning and development programs within support functions population, while providing support with their integration to achieve company goal
  • Produce content and coordinate content creation with Subject Matter Experts and advises on training methodology, including hybrid / digital learning technologies
  • Conduct the on-boarding life-cycle of new hires beginning from pre-boarding, induction/orientation, and integration, while providing support with department integration to foster positive attitude toward company goal
  • Produce content and coordinate content creation with Subject Matter Experts and advises on training methodology, including hybrid / digital learning technologies
  • Schedule virtual training, organizing and preparing on-boarding materials, presenting courses, effectively measuring training efforts, and continuous improvement of programs' delivery
  • Ensure tha¿t Global Oon-boarding Program is effective and consistent and that all new management on-boarding practices and tools are being utilized and evaluated for effectiveness

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • 2 years of experience in Training Soft Skills preferred
  • Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and able to present information in a clear and concise manner to a diverse population
  • Passion in facilitating virtually or face-to-face learning programs
  • Self-led learning, curious and motivated to continue learning
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Learning and Development/Organizational Development/Communications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of adult learning principles
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (Written and oral).
